PRACTICE NIGHTS
1.1 Open
“Tune & Test” practice sessions will be scheduled.
1.2
Cars are to line-up at designated location to
await their rotation
1.3
Each car will be allowed the maximum number of
laps per rotation. Cars may re-enter the line as many
times as time permits
1.4
Everyone must sign-in at back gate and pay the
appropriate fee to enter.
Parent and guardian must sign minor release for
all persons under eighteen
years of age
1.5
Other scheduling and or speedway business may
preempt “Tune & Test” practice days
1.6
On practice days, under no circumstances enter
the race track before signing in and paying the
appropriate fees.

TRACK RENTALS
2.1
The race track is available for exclusive use and
private practice at other times. Call office for
availability.
2.2
Up to six (6) cars may be present for track
rentals, however only one (1) car is permitted on the
track at any given time.
2.3
Track rental times are available in the early
afternoon and evening hours, call MCM office for times.
2.4
Rental fees must be paid before cars enter restricted
area
2.5 A
“clean-up” charge will not be added if area is in like
manner at completion of rental.
2.6 No one
is allowed to enter the race track until their scheduled
rental time.
2.7
Before entering the pit area, unloading car or any other
activity, all drivers and participants must complete
rental forms and release forms at track
office. Failure to do so will end session, forfeits all
money paid and loss of all future rental privileges
2.8
Competitors must wait until all safety and
medical staffs are in position and ready before entering
the racing surface
