1.             DRIVER/CREW REGISTRATION

1.1  Late Model, Super Trucks and Grand National Sportsman divisions compete under the sanction of NASCAR.

1.2  All drivers and car owners in these divisions (LM, ST, GNS) must be members of NASCAR to be able to compete.

1.3  All other divisions will compete under the sanction of Music City Motorplex, INEX or MMRA           

1.4  It is highly recommended that all NASCAR division mechanics and sponsors become NASCAR members.

1.5  Member registration forms are available from Music City Motorplex.

1.6  It is mandatory that the driver completes all proper paperwork before entering the track

2.             NUMBER ASSIGNMENT

2.1  All car numbers are owned by Music City Motorplex and will be assigned by Officials for use to the car owner. 

2.2  Car numbers are not transferable or assignable by the car owner.

2.3  All competing cars must register a number with Music City Motorplex

2.4  No duplicate numbers will be allowed.

2.5  We will attempt to reassign all numbers that were taken in previous year to those who had them and earned points. “Reassigned numbers” will be held

until the preseason registration meeting.

2.6  No numbers will be assigned until the vehicle registration form and payment has been received.  All Competitors must pay to reserve a number.

2.7  Music City Motorplex management reserves the right to assign, award or dictate number assignments

2.8  Only drivers registered with MCM in the division and car number may enter the racing surface. 

3.             IDENTIFICATION CARDS

3.1  All NASCAR registered drivers will receive an official NASCAR I.D. card that must be presented each time when entering the pits.

3.2  No one may participate in race events without being properly registered. All fees and registrations will be increased 100% for anyone violating this rule

3.3  All competitors in MCM sanctioned divisions must register their car number prior to competition and must have MCM track license.

3.4  An MCM or NASCAR license must be on person at all times while inside restricted pit area

4.             PARKING

4.1  Reserve pit stalls will be available for the 2008 season at $50 for inside the track.

4.2  %50 of all money collected from reserved pit stalls will go into the year end points fund for each division.

4.3  Pit stalls inside the track are reserved for only Late Models, Super Trucks and Grand National Sportsman.

4.4  Competitors are limited to only one pit stall per registered car and driver.

4.5  Reserved pit stalls are not to be resold without MCM approval.

4.6  The pit stalls are reserved for haulers/race cars only, no personal vehicles allowed in pit parking.

4.7  Music City Motorplex management reserves the right to award, assign or remove pit stall to or from anyone at anytime.

4.8  If you have a reserved pit stall and wish to allow another competitor to use your stall, you must contact the MCM office prior to event.

4.9  If you have a reserved pit stall and will be arriving late or know that you will be unable to attend an event, please notify MCM office.

4.10  There are limited parking stalls inside the track therefore some competitors may have to park in open parking in rear pits.

4.11  No personal vehicles will be allowed inside the track under any circumstance unless prior approval from track management. 

4.12  All ¼ mile divisions will park in the rear lot outside the tunnel unless stated in a technical bulletin.
