I.  Any car that fails to fall into position directed by scoring and/or officials immediately will be black flagged.

J.  Car or cars causing a yellow flag or receiving consolation flag will be lined up at the tail end of the longest line, unless determined intentional by track

caution. When the yellow flag and/or lights are displayed, all cars must slow to a cautious pace and maintain their position. Cars are not permitted to pass or advance their position and must maintain a reasonable speed considering the conditions, which exist on the track. Reasonable speed is a judgment call of the Official in charge.

B. If a caution situation occurs or yellow flag is displayed after the white flag has been received by the lead car, cars are permitted to pass or advance their

positions considering the conditions of the caution. The official finishing positions will be as they take the checkered flag.

C.  Lineup and restart procedures will revert to the last completed green flag lap. Scoring will be determined by officials who have complete discretion to determine

the positions of the cars at the time and to reposition the cars in single file in accordance with their determination and that decision will be final. If you dispute your position, pull to the inside of other car and inform you crew to inform an official.

track officials as to which car or cars were at fault, and their decision will be final. Fault could be described as the cars that caused the flag by instigating the action or result of the action. Also, it is the option of the officials to place all cars in their original position if they deem so.

F.  If a yellow or red flag is displayed for objects on the racing surface, spinouts or crashes caused by an oil or water slick on the track, or by circumstances

beyond anyone’s control, then a “No-fault” procedure shall be in effect and all cars (except the cars causing the action) will retain their original positions at the time the flag was thrown. Lineups will revert to the last green flag lap to determine positions for the restart.

G.  No stopping or standing on the racing surface during the yellow. If your car has minor damage or loose parts you may pull onto the pit road for repairs and

be realigned to the rear of the field. The race will not be held up or delayed once the track is clear. Any car that enters pit road must start at the rear of the field.
